Process
3 steps- 01
Character lock
A small reference set is generated first and curated by hand. Only frames that agree on identity survive — this set becomes the source of truth for every later shot.
Selfie - 02
Scene frames
Each location starts as a still: lighting, lens and wardrobe are decided in the frame, not in the video model. The character is injected from the reference set.
Archery range Diner - 03
Video generation
Approved frames drive image-to-video with controlled camera and performance. Takes that break identity are discarded, not fixed in post.
