Process
3 steps- 01
Look
Handheld phone aesthetic on purpose: slight over-exposure, mixed light, imperfect framing. Realism comes from the mistakes a real phone would make.
Portrait - 02
Scene frames
Wide and close frames are generated per location and matched to the character reference before any motion is added.
Café Loft - 03
Video generation
Each frame is animated with a matching camera move — push-in for close-ups, static for wides — and cut into a series.
